ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION

It is our pleasure to introduce the Hotel Information Technology Association (HITA) Indonesia, a professional organization dedicated to uniting information technology professionals within the hospitality industry across Indonesia.

HITA Indonesia was officially inaugurated on Friday, June 5th, 2015, at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, where the Executive Board was formally appointed.

Since its establishment, HITA Indonesia has continued to grow and now represents more than 350 registered members from various regions, including Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, East Java, Eastern Indonesia, Riau Islands, Bangka Belitung, North Sumatra, Kalimantan, and other areas throughout Indonesia.

HITA Indonesia brings together IT professionals from hotels of all classifications, regardless of star rating, into one collaborative association. Through this platform, members are encouraged to share knowledge, exchange information, and foster innovation—particularly in the adoption and advancement of technology to support and enhance hotel operations.
